A Gentleman's Dressing Room

What better expression of personality than the clothes we adorn ourselves in every day. We designed this Dressing Room with extensive open storage and display, to allow the client to express themselves through the arrangement of of their clothes.

Our client fully embraced the concept of presenting clothing as a means of enriching the aesthetic of the space and also to add a degree of softness and depth, a far more tactile solution instead of a continuous run of door fronts.

As this space is located within the mansard roof of the home, our design team, cabinet makers and interior fit out teams worked very carefully to survey, detail and scribe the wardrobe and shelving cabinets to maximise storage and ensure a precise fit.

The centrepiece of the space is the island cabinet, which features an inset suede leather top and drawer fronts, with rebated solid ash trim detail to one face and Joseph Giles pull handles to the drawer fronts. The clear glass display window in the top of the cabinet elevates the design to another level, particularly through the introduction of concealed LED lighting.

Our design team worked tirelessly to achieve the best from the space and has succeeded in delivering a luxurious Principal Dressing Room.
