These terms govern the use of this website. They are not the terms on which we take on work; that is a separate appointment, signed.

The contents of this site

The text, photographs, drawings and film on this website belong to Bonham & Bonham or are used with the permission of the person they belong to. None of it may be copied, republished or used commercially without our written consent. Project photography shows work completed for private clients and is published with their agreement, which is why houses are identified by location rather than by name.

Nothing here is an offer

Descriptions of services, capabilities and completed work are for information. They are not a quotation, an estimate or a contract, and no work is undertaken except under a signed appointment.

Accuracy

Descriptions of completed projects are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing. Materials, suppliers and specifications change, and a detail shown in one house is not a commitment to reproduce it in another.

Links to other sites

Where we link to somebody else’s website we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control it and we are not responsible for what is on it.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from its use or from reliance on anything in it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for anything else which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
