We collect very little, we use it only to answer you, and we do not pass it to anybody who is trying to sell you something.

Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page: your first and last name, your email address, your telephone number if you choose to give it, the nature of your enquiry and whatever you tell us about the project.

Separately, our web server keeps the ordinary access log that every web server keeps: the address of the computer making the request, the time, the page asked for and the browser used. We do not use those logs to identify anybody.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, and if it becomes a project, to correspond with you about it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering someone who has approached us. We do not build marketing lists and we will not send you anything you have not asked for.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not become a project is kept for twenty four months and then deleted. Correspondence relating to a commissioned project is kept for as long as we have a professional or legal reason to keep it.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside the studio, other than our email provider in the ordinary course of delivering a message to us. We do not sell, rent or share personal information.

Cookies and third parties

This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Two third parties are nonetheless involved in loading it:

• The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com and Google receives the address of your computer.
• The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps. Loading that page may cause Google to set cookies in your browser. Nothing else on the site does.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it or object to our holding it at all. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes we will change the date at the top of it.
